How to clear your cache/cookies and resolve account access problems
Once you’ve confirmed that no one else is logged into your account, please delete your cache and cookies:
Internet Explorer 11 and 10
- From the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History.
- Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select
Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, and History.
- Click Delete.

Internet Explorer 9 and 8
- Click Tools.
- From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History...
- Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select
Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
- Click Delete.

Internet Explorer 7
- From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Internet Options.
- Under Browsing history, click Delete.
- To delete your cache, click Delete files...
To delete your cookies, click Delete cookies...
To delete your history, click Delete history...
- Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Microsoft Edge
- Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Click Settings.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, and Cached data and files.
- Click Clear.

Firefox
- In the browser bar, enter: about:preferences#privacy
- Under History, click clear your recent history.
- From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select the desired range.
To clear the entire cache, select Everything.
- Under Details, select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing & Download History, Cookies, Cache).
- Click Clear Now.

- In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- From the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu, select the desired range.
To clear the entire cache, select the beginning of time.
- Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Cookies and other site and plugin data, Cached images and files).
- Click Clear browsing data.

- In the browser bar, enter: opera://settings/clearBrowserData
- From the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu, select the desired range.
To clear the entire cache, select the beginning of time.
- Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files).
- Click Clear browsing data.

- From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data...
- Select jdpowerconnect.com, then click Remove.
- Click Done.

Safari 7 and below
- From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari.
- Select the items you want to reset (e.g., Clear History, Remove all website data).
As of Safari 5.1, Remove all website data covers both cookies and cache.
- Click Reset.

Safari Mobile (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)
- From the home screen, tap Settings, and then tap Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.

- Start your browser.
- Tap Menu, and then tap More.
- Select Settings.
- Under Privacy settings, select Clear cache, Clear history, or Clear all cookie data as appropriate.
- Tap OK to accept the deletion.
